Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (rtPCR)
The Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) rtPCR test is a molecular diagnostic tool designed for the rapid and sensitive detection of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV), a highly contagious and often fatal calicivirus affecting domestic and wild rabbits. This real-time polymerase chain reaction (rtPCR) assay provides accurate identification of the virus from clinical or environmental samples.

Collection Guidelines
Collect an adequate amount of blood in a K3 EDTA (purple top tube). Gently mix blood well after collection. Refrigerate sample at 4oC until shipment.
