Amphibian Infectious Disease PCR Panel

The Amphibian Infectious Disease PCR Panel is a comprehensive diagnostic tool designed to detect five significant pathogens responsible for infectious diseases in amphibian populations. This panel employs polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology for sensitive and specific identification of the following pathogens: Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd), Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans (Bsal), frog virus 3 (ranavirus), pan-ranavirus, and Perkinsea.
