Collection Guidelines
- Carefully open the Canine Premium Wisdom Panel kit to access the materials provided.
- Take one wire swab enclosed in the kit. Open the swab carefully, ensuring not to touch the brush end with your hands.
- Insert the swab between the cheek and gum of your dog.
- Apply gentle pressure from the outside of the cheek.
- Roll and rotate the swab for approximately 15 seconds to collect the sample.
- Let the swab air dry for at least 5 minutes in a clean, safe environment.
- Repeat the same procedure with the second swab provided in the kit.
- Place both swabs back into their respective packaging as instructed.
- Securely place the swabs in the provided box, ensuring all components are properly sealed.

Packing Instructions
Label each sample with the animal’s name and a unique identifier, using a permanent marker or a secure adhesive label. Ensure the submittal form is completed with the animal’s information and relevant medical history.
