Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is primarily used for the diagnosis of tumor entities, prognostic evaluation of tumors and identification of specific infectious organisms. This technique can also help in identifying the origin of a tumor, evaluating its malignancy, and predicting potential of therapeutic responses. In addition, specific markers have been used to increase the accuracy of our prognostic predictions.

IHC has been proven as a highly specific and sensitive diagnostic method and is especially advantageous as a diagnostic tool for neoplastic and infectious diseases. For a detailed list of antibodies for both infectious diseases and to differentiate various cell types, If you are interested in an antibody please contact the Vettto Team.
