Microbiota Dysbiosis Index

The Dysbiosis Index (DI) is a qPCR-based test that evaluates fecal microbiome imbalances in dogs and cats. It quantifies key bacterial taxa, assesses microbial diversity, and predicts bile acid metabolism, aiding in diagnosing chronic enteropathies and antibiotic-induced dysbiosis.
